Orders are dispatched from our European distribution centre (Netherlands) to our UK customers.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect?

We will arrange a repair, replacement, or full refund (including all return shipping costs) in accordance with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and with our Return & Refund Policy.
